The reason I gave it 3 stars is that since I installed a new battery it causes problems with the laptop and shuts down sometimes. The message given is related to the power supply so the battery it seems the laptop refuses to use the battery. In short, the battery is not recognized. I've tried various ways to fix this but I think there might be a compatibility issue
